I had a question about color, how the new style I picked would match color of my previous purchases.Chat bot was very helpful. My return was processed smoothly and my new wig arrived with the color I much prefer.

Great follow up from your group, very much felt cared for. Just wanted a wig that apparently does not exist. Simmer in shaded biscuit without perma tease. I believe called Elite but not avail.

Chery, We are happy to hear that our team provided caring follow-up. Thank you for your review. We note your interest in a non-permatease Simmer in Shaded Biscuit and will share your style preference with our product team.

DO NOT even consider this company! I ordered my first ever wig, Straight Up With a Twist, from wigs.com. I was so disappointed when I tried it on. The texture was awful and the "lace" front was dry and crackly. I immediately packaged it up to return. Later I received an email saying I was ineligible for a refund because the wig was "damaged." Of course it was damaged... that's why I returned it! Even worse, without even consulting me they shipped the wig back to me at an address where I no longer reside! I tried to call customer service on Wednesday afternoon in the middle of the day and was told by the automated message that no one was available to speak to me. I sent emails both to wigs.com and beautyandhair.com. It has been 2 days and I have not heard back from either of them. I tried to call customer service again today at 3:45 p.m. CST and the automated message said the team was "in a brief meeting." It's closing time on Friday and still no response. I've been ripped off for $343.69, and now have to spend time and energy to report this issue to my bank, the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General. Someone has to report these issues, or others will continue to get ripped off. I wish I had read more reviews before I ordered from them in the first place.

Rebecca, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Items returned as defective are carefully inspected, and if our inspection determines that an item does not meet the criteria for a manufacturer defect, it may be deemed ineligible for a refund and returned to the customer. We apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching our team and for any additional frustration regarding the return shipment. We take concerns like yours seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to review the details of your order and return with you directly.

They Changed the factory that makes Top Billing by Raquel Welch. Several people also stated this in their reviews. It's not the same quality and looks more fake.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Oct 6, 2026
Susan, We’re sorry to hear that you’ve noticed a difference in the quality and appearance of Top Billing. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when it has been a style you’ve loved in the past. We truly appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share your concerns regarding the quality and overall appearance with our team.
