The wigs are shipped in good form and timely whether I choose expedited or ground. Great selection of styles and colors. I like that Wigs.com tries to get all items purchased in one box when there is room in the box. That's efficiency!

Shabrena was very knowledgeable and helped me find a good match in a wig. The quality of my Raquel Welch Wavy Day wig is good. The initial wig I chose was too short and curly for me. Returning it for a refund was easy.

Michele, We are so pleased to hear that our team member was knowledgeable and helped you find a great wig. It's wonderful that you are happy with the quality of your new wig and that the return process was easy.
