I have been wearing wigs for 2-3 years now and have bought the majority of them from wigs.com. I've never had a bad experience, even returning multiple shipments, because the color or style wasn't right for me. Always fast with processing and shipping out as well!

I love the cut, the color, lace front and the feel. It is very lightweight and BUT THE PART IS TERRIBLE! The part has a very thick noticeable seam. There are actually 2 seams that you see. I would be willing to see if they will exchange it for a better one.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Feb 18, 2026
Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you love the cut, color, lace front, and lightweight feel. We’re very sorry to hear about the issue with the part and the noticeable seams. We’d be happy to look into this and see about exchanging it for you. Our Client Care team will reach out to you so we can help make this right!

I actually won a wig. It is my first wig, so I was pretty clueless as far as sizing and colors go. Zoe and Myah were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and patient with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
