The wig i purchased looked like the south end of of some sort of animal or road kill. Very poor quality. I may have ordered a different wig, but for 3 days no one would take my call. I had several items in my and wish list. When I got an answer agent said she couldn't remove the items because "she couldn't see them". Remove me from email list. I did find another company.

I really like this wig, Crowd Pleaser. The color is perfect for me and I love the wavy, flouncy style. It is very comfortable to wear, minus a wig cap. I bought this same wig in brunette, but after losing my hair to chemo it came back thinly in gray, and I just don’t feel right as a brunette now. The fact that this wig is synthetic means it keeps its style ALWAYS and it is a valuable time saver and confidence booster. This wig is easily adjustable and shipped quickly and is beautiful; it checks all the boxes for me. I’m a fan of wigs.com because of their fair return and shipping policies.

I was very impressed with my recent purchase. My hair is thinning on top and also I wanted a good look for bad hair days. Lots of compliments and attention was received on my new look. After reassurance that the wigs could be returned, I purchased 3 intending to keep only one. Ended up with 2 and am very satisfied.

I order 2 wigs, one I liked it was brand new. The other I feel pretty certain it was returned by someone before I purchased it. The lace front felt crispy and looked worn in a couple places. The hair around the face seemed either frizzy or fried.
