The color of the wig was not even remotely close to photograph. I sent it back in perfect condition. I had never even tried it on making me pay for the return plus knocking off so much of what I had paid for it obscene that needs to be made clear in your advertisements that if you order a wig and it even if it’s the wrong thing that you’re going to screw the client as far as a refund I should’ve had a total refund. I would not recommend your wigs or your company to anyone based on this poor Customer Service I was so disappointed because I had been so excited.

Susuie, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product does not meet expectations, especially when you were excited to receive it. As outlined in our return policy, all clients are responsible for return shipping fees. However, we never want anyone to feel unheard or dissatisfied. We will be reaching out to you directly to review your order and clarify the details of this situation. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns.

My wig was cut underneath it was either used or a return. I did not realize or see that it had been cut underneath until I used a hot tool on it.

I have been wearing wigs by Noriko for six years now. Excellent quality, fit and I can't walk out the front door without receiving compliments. I have worn two styles; Reese and now Sky but always in Red Pepper. Simply beautiful!

I really wanted to love this wig and hoped this would be the one. But, didn’t matter how I would comb the front, you could see the cap. The hair just seemed thin in the front. But Wigs.com and Wig Outlet is absolutely the best to work with and so easy to return and try again.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Feb 23, 2026
Rita, We're sorry the wig didn't meet your expectations, especially regarding the cap's visibility and hair thickness. We appreciate your kind words about our easy return process. We value your feedback!
