Very easy return process. I liked the hair I bought, but the color didn't match, return process is easy enough. I wish you could just purchase a color ring or purchase a few shades individually before committing to a full piece, would help me decide much easier.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Feb 24, 2026
Lydia, We're glad you found our return process easy! We appreciate your suggestion about the color options. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll consider it for future improvements to help customers find their perfect match.

Wigs.Com and their umbrella company hair and beauty do exactly what they say. You can get the wig and try it on safely with a cap underneath and decide overtime if it’s for you and if it’s not, they take it back graciously and return your money. they sell a full variety of brands. The Ellen.Wille light density wig I kept was sent from Germany.

Breezy, We're happy to hear that you had a positive experience with our return policy and the variety of brands we offer. We appreciate you sharing that you were pleased with your purchase from Germany. Thank you for your feedback.

Great WEB site. I did have a telephone " consult" I have been wearing wigs or hairpiece for 45 years now. So a little personal guidance was helpful as I had always been able to go to a wig shop before.
