I’ve purchased this Flip wig 3 previous times and they are great. This last purchase the wig was flat no flip so I returned it and will reorder.

This is the best wig company I have found. I have a small head and other wig companies either don't carry a petite size or the petite sizes are all short or not so nice looking. This company had the perfect long wig for me and I will buy the same wig in other colors because it is so beautiful and perfect!

This company has the best customer service I've found in the field of wigs! They give free advice, consultations on video, help with color choices and wig fit and general good advice! They are very kind and will take a return and help you with a refund or another choice with same day response. Their selection is wide, their sales are great. And I've found that it's better to get a wig from them than it is to order from a discount house that has the same wig at a lower price. Why? The discount houses' wigs are a crap shoot. Some are damaged, some have weird construction or bad fit, some have been returns that were damaged by hot irons or trimming that never should have been sold as new. And some are fake entirely, even when they use the pictures they've copied and pasted from Wigs.com. They make bizarre copies in sizes and shapes that don't exist in heads, and weight that will crush your neck, colors that don't exist in nature, and then take months to get to you. When you find out it's a terrible wig, they won't even accept a return! Don't fall for scams like I did. I only use Wigs.Com for honest help with quick turn-arounds. They're in the Midwest of the USA, and they can ship quickly in all directions. Also they're Midwest nice, and I love that! And check out their helpful videos by other customers who've tried wigs on and can help show how they might look on people who are not models! They have solutions for keeping the wigs on, and overall fit, and lots of tips about all kinds of things. Great company for wigs that perform well and last as expected. Their reviews are honest, too, not a lot of AI slop!

Had to pass up on 3 sales because I had to wait 7 months for my preferred wig to come back in stock. WHAT GOES!?!?

I love this company! I love the wig by Raquel Welch human hair called Beguile but the color I love lately has been out! The color is Honey pecan or the Pecan brown, either one will work for me! I just hate that you guys have been out of that color…..hoping you will be getting those colors in soon! Marie Fabiani

Email replies were prompt and when my order was out of stock, they worked with me to find an alternate solution, they didn't try to push me into a more expensive option, and offered to cancel my order if I wished. Exchange/changes were easy and no one gas lighted me regarding my order, no one treated me like it was my fault for ordering an out of stock option and no one tried to force me to wait for a restock or purchase something I didn't want - which did happen to me at different wig company last week. Needing a wig is stressful - it makes all the difference when you're simply treated like a human being.

While ordering the gal was very polite and courteous. She answered all of my questions. My wig was received in the mail promptly.
