I always feel safe with Widen. Uptime is outstanding. Widen staff are kind, understanding and knowledgeable. My organization needs routine access to our 30-year inventory of files. We need them every day and on the road ... and we need them fast. Widen always comes through for us. We don't feel like Widen is an "outside vender." We feel like it's an extension of our day to day operations. We feel like they are part of the team. I can honestly recommend Widen for any size business. Every organization needs to be able to manage all their media types and collaborate safely. Widen has full capability for all your files. I've used them for 5+ years and I've watched them grow and develop and add more and more features that only make it a better product and service.

Widen has been an amazing tool that helps streamline our company. The user interface is easy for even new users to navigate and not get confused. It has made life easier for so many people in our company to access our digital assets without having to dig through folder after folder just to not find what they are looking for. The search function works seamlessly and gives you all the results you are looking for, so long as everything has been properly tagged. The analytics that they provide are great tools to look at and analyze how people are interacting with your assets, and they just keep improving in this area. Not to forget their support team that is always quick to respond to any issues that you have and they do a great job of keeping you updated and proving feedback for what you are doing. The Widen team has far exceeded our expectations and they continue to raise the bar. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to find a tool to manage your digital assets.

The redesigned layout provides an even better user experience. It is easier to navigate and search! There has definitely been improvements in utilization of whitespace and the page has a cleaner look and feel to it. Great job Widen! It is definitely more appealing to the eye and provides a more intuitive experience in navigation.

Widen's digital asset management platform has been an integral part in elevating my career at American Woodmark. Prior to Widen's implementation of a DAM site, we had a Dropbox folder structure where we would have to manually share images everytime a request came in. Basically, this was awful. The DAM allowed us to significantly free time resources away from this kind of daily work and make space for things that were important to our mission. And with over 100 sales representatives wanting imagery - the impact was substantial. Today, we've taken things a step further with the implementation of Portals - an upgrade Widen provides that creates micro-sites. This feature has been very successful and the feedback has been very positive. At this point, we can't imagine operating without Widen. The company's culture, ease of communication, willingness to help, and desire to listen & receive feedback have been huge positives.

Widen has been a great service for myself and my colleagues. We use it to store and access all of our assets. Retrieval of assets is easy and its a great way to sort different files based on type, size and date. We have all been extremely happy so far!

We have worked with Widen for a many years and they are always willing to update or work with us with no issues. People are friendly, knowledgeable, and open minded. Great company to work with.

Widen is a great service for storing all of our company's digital assets as well as for sharing them to key accounts and sales. It greatly reduced my time spent on doing the same thing - now all I have to do is tell anyone who needs an asset to go to Widen and I'm freed up to spend my time on other things. I'm looking forward to seeing what else they come up with because they always are improving what they and how they do it.
