ServerPress.comReviews of serverpress.com

This is my first time using word server, I used a generic wordpress.com which is NOT the same in any way!!! I needed help with understanding how it all worked and how to use it. Greg was my support! He is one of the BEST at teaching, he is incredibly patience and kind and walked me through what I needed. He was really fast and never made me feel like I wasn't competent. Whenever I need help he is there to make sure I get the answers and resolve the problems. He answers all my questions and is super helpful. Mark is awesome too! They have gone above an beyond to give me the BEST service. They treat you like youre family. Blown away by the service.

When I needed a new website for my small business (digitally restoring damaged photographs) WordPress seemed to be the right choice. But i knew nothing about Wordress except for some online videos I watched about how to do it. Many of the developers used WordPress combined with an application called DesktopServer from ServerPress which allowed users to create and edit websites in real time on their desktop. Which is exactly how I did it for years using a Photoshop plug-in called SiteGrinder. I was comfortable with that interface and wanted to try and match it as closely as possible. Painless to install and incredibly easy to use, DesktopServer has changed my life. The websites it allowed me to create and maintain on my desktop as I came up to speed using WordPress now provide me with regular business leads and income. I can’t recommend this highly competent local server package enough to anyone looking to take control of WordPress onto their own desktop. Did I mention exceptional support? 5 stars! I've been using Desktop Server for many years now , it's the best tool I have for site development, my number one. It's Tina Turner all the way !

The Support Team are amazing! Super helpful and worked until the problems I had were fixed: For someone new to making websites this support saved my first project: Can’t recommend the support highly enough - Thanks again and a special thank you to Gregg.

Just LOVE ServerPress and their talented staff. Every launch of a new site is handled with expertise and professionalism. Gregg is incredible. Thank You!

Support is blazing fast, knowledgeable and professional. They really take the time to solve all issues with you.

I have had a number of occasions over the last several years to submit tech support requests to ServerPress. Generally Gregg is the support tech who replies. His response is always very quick. Sometimes the response is just an answer that solves the problem. And sometimes the response results in a remote session to look at and resolve the issue. Either way, the issues have always been resolved quickly and completely. Some (and maybe most) of my support requests have have been a result of my lack of knowledge of ServerPress. I have found that I always get educated by the issue resolutions. This last experience is a good example of the support I get from ServerPress. I had issues with two websites that use old WordPress themes that have not had code updates (by the theme authors) in 5-6 years. I couldn't load them into Desktop Server Pro. When I submitted the support request, Gregg responded and suggested that I send website archives. After looking at the archives, Gregg sent me instructions that I didn't quite understand. He then suggested a remote session which resolved the problems and educated me within 10 minutes. I have always been satisfied by the support I have received from ServerPress. I highly recommend both their Desktop Server Pro product and their support.
