I bought an Eye Roast from them last week. I cooked it exactly the way the directions told me, it was horrible so tough & the smell wasn't all that good. I am really surprised knowing that this store, is supposed to carry the best meats.

I know Whole Foods is expensive and when I need inexpensive organic foods I go to the Park Slope Food Coop. But the high level of customer service I received yesterday deserves mentioning. I was at the fish monger and had the clerk take out seven different portions of fish until I could decide on one. Not once did she give off a vibe of frustration or that I was wasting her time. She was pleasant throughout the transaction. I apologized profusely for having her pull all the fish. I didn't get her name but she was at the fish counter at the Union Square store around 2:40pm on March 5. Another kudos goes to the gentleman helping out with the self checkout machines around 3:10pm. I kept having trouble scanning my items and he patiently helped me get them scanned with the correct price. When I was having a frazzled day, the two clerk's who assisted me brought some calm and goodness into my day.

I bought dry-aged ribeye steaks last time here so I planned to get some today. I found out that Whole Foods only have the dry-aged steaks randomly. I went to my reliable butcher today and will skip Whole Foods in the future. Also, the customer service at Fairview/Allen, Tx location is very bad. The butcher does not want to answer any question. I asked how long was the dry-aged period and he gave me an attitude that why I want to know before telling 21 days. This time I asked when the dry-aged ribeye steaks will be available. His response was "not today". Wow, this kind of customer service last a long time. HEB please help!!!

I was just in the Whole Foods in Wexford It was extremely crowded I’m sure over their capacity and multiple people were walking around without masks There was no way to social distance They should be ashamed of how they are handling protecting customers

A one stop shop for everything, managed to do a whole shop and the range and quality was extensive and reasonably priced. Love the deli counter and the selection of cheeses was amazing, there were lots of staff around but all very busy. Very COVID safe but once we can Ill look forward to exploring the store longer and sampling more of the goodies.
