Whole foods is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! I spent a whole 3 hours trying to redeem a gift card that I was given as a Christmas gift. The customer service was absolutely horrible. They hung up on me several times and were uniformly rude and uninformed. Nobody had any information about the gift card until the last call I made. A complete waste of my time! In the end, items in my cart were out of stock and my dinner plans were ruined. Additionally, the customer service lady informed me very rudely that it was a policy for years that gift card were unredeemable online. It blew my mind that we're living through a global pandemic and the company will not even look into a policy as simple as this! I'm disappointed. My order will arrive soon, and I wasn't able to use my gift card. I will wait to see about the products themselves.

My cashier Crystal in Fort Myers Florida looked high as a kite and was SO rude. She got into a shouting match with me- she said they don't pay her enough to deal with me. That white trash addict needs a NA meeting. Never shop there!

Whole Foods is Nazi, Germany. I have never had an issue shopping w/o a mask as I can't wear one. They offer but I decline and all is well. Today I was shopping and a guy cut me off and asked if I needed a mask and I told him I couldn't wear one and he said then I would have to have a "wellness check." I told him no I didn't and then he said I would have to leave the store and I told him I wasn't leaving and walked away. After I paid for my groceries, I spoke to a Team Leader and he confirmed this is their "new policy." If I can't wear a mask, face shield or get my temperature checked, I would have to leave. I told him I'll never shop at Whole Foods again and walked out. All of this time has gone by and now they want to check your temperature, which means absolutely nothing. This has nothing to do with Covid and everything to do with control Fudge you, Whole Foods!

I checked wholefoodsmarket.com for Harbor East to read "Guests 60+, at high risk or with disabilities can shop in-store from 7 - 8 am on Saturday (Closed Christmas Day)." When I arrived at 7:30 am, I was told repeatedly that the store did not open until 8 am. How come the staff were not scheduled for customers at 7 am as scheduled?

They sold me a moldy strawberry rhubarb pie and went back to returned it two hours laters, they don’t have me my money back, really bad costumer service. This was at Monterey California location.

I was told by my governor of Colorado that I could use my Ebt card at Whole Foods snd have it delivered, I’m disabled and don’t drive, so this would of been nice! But guess what? They won’t deliver to my zip code here in Colorado Springs so screw Whole Foods Amazon their customer service sucks

Food lacks taste and quality yet charging an arm and leg for it. Don’t shop here, get bad quality some other major chain store and at least save your money. The reason stores are so understaffed is probably because half the store was diagnosed with Covid or quit. They refuse to hire anyone as well.

The person that was angry because they weren't able to get a Whole Foods turkey was luckier than getting one. Our little turkey was too tough to eat, even in soup. It had a strong odor. Tossed it!
