Just went in Whole Foods on Colorado next to Staples. I was at Staples and thought I would pop in Whole Foods as I was hungry. I shopped around and found items I liked even though the same items were more expensive than at other stores. I waited at the deli counter for a while while the lady waited on a couple. It kept taking longer and longer so I asked the THREE other staff members standing right there doing some work, like maybe labeling. When I asked if one of them could help me, they just looked at me and said, "She will get you soon". They could care less that I had been standing around waiting for a while. THEN on my way out I saw two employees just standing there talking to each other and I pointed out that the items I just unpacked needed to be put away. Again, they just looked at me. For the cost to shop at Whole Foods you would think they could hire people who were customer oriented.

I buy avocados every week from wholefood and it’s expensive $2.99/each. Every week 2 out 3 are rotten, consistently!!!!. Basically one good avocado will cost us $9 each. And pls don’t tell me wholefood don’t know about this issue. Basically wholefood is steeling from consumers. They know very well the quality of their expensive food and still screw the consumers. I wish others would also speak up. That’s the only way this nonsense can be stoped,.

Terrible customer service whole foods market London w1b 5ar.It seems some of them hate people so why do they work with customers?! Rude,not professional at all!

Whole foods can't make a pizza if their life depended on it. Every pizza that came out of their oven was BURNT on top and bottom. Brown is ok, however charred black is not. Whole foods used to be the place to get a good pizza on Friday night. Not any more! Also waited 20 minutes for an employee to get a code to punch in the deli meat weigh machine for a label to print.

We ate cold salad products from the salad bar at the Whole Foods Market on W Broad St in Richmond VA. Overpriced, and then we suffered from violent stomach craps and severe illness

I've been going to WF for a good 10 years. The veggies have always been great looking and fresh, albeit waaay overpriced. Not so on the price in the beginning. They had good sales, plus that 10% bonus off. The bonus is mostly gone, storewide. Gotta save that $$$. Today I walked through the produce, bakery, dairy and aisle after aisle without stopping. Well, I stopped, then moved on. I did get 5lbs of frozen white shrimp @ 10.99 per, which is why I go at all now. Meats, poultry and seafood is ubergood, in store, but still expensive -- too expensive for me, mostly. I've gotten the home delivery, and sometimes get real crap for hamburg, meats and my shrimp (spoilage, old and discolored snuck in). So I don't go delivery anymore. It was a covid thing. I bought a panini, $9.99 and good, a tortellini salad @ $9.99 lb, it was okay and grapeleaves which are called dolmas when THEY'RE overpriced. They were fresh and goodtasting @ $8 for 10. Better quality than Market Basket (a MA, So NH thing) @ $2 for 8, better rice, flavor the same, and about double what I'd expect. I was going to stock up on WF pasta, generally $1 for 16oz when chosen carefully, on sale, but it was $1.59 and I walked. Prepared foods are sodium packed, which I can't do @ 75yrs old w/ issues. I found 6-pack albacore which was always $11.99, now $14.99 and I passed on it. Prices on everything are way up, AT LEAST 20% way up. I watch for "sales" every week, but there's never much on offer that's actually healthy. This was at Andover, MA, a clean, well organized store. But I'll be going mostly for my shrimp, which btw has a lower sodium count than found @ grocery stores....200+ mg vs 1600+. Anyway, what's-his-name is about to become a trillionaire at the cost of costs, and who would be surprised in 2023?
