I have been shopping solely at Whole Foods since Covid. But, now I am so disappointed. They continue to discontinue the items that distinguish them from being a regular grocery store. A month ago they discontinued "No Salt" Turkey in their prepared foods section. According to the store, this was a best seller over all other turkeys. But the corporate team decided to discontinue it and replaced it with turkey that is brined with salt and sugar (to keep moist). This is not great for customers who shop there and are trying to cut salt and sugar out of their diets. Another reason to stop shopping at Whole Foods. I can get brined turkey for less money anywhere else. So unfortunate. They used to be health conscious. Not anymore. Quality

It was horrible. The management is rude, unqualified. Store smells like fish. Parking is a nightmare. This is in Santa Fe,NM. Atlanta Whole foods is clean, literally spotless. Store does not have fish smell . Have never had such a bad experience in any other Whole Foods.

No checkers, no respect, next they will want us to unload the trucks for them and sweep the floors. What a dump.

I shopped at the Whole Foods Market in Burnaby, BC, Canada on August 20, 2023. The customer service representative was horrible, and the store management team was even worse. Management team knows that no one can regulate them, no one will ever do anything to hear about customers' voice. That is why the store management team is so arrogant. I don't foresee any positive future for this store, and I have decided that I will never spend another penny on this brand again.

The Whole Food on Symphony Road in Boston has just installed an over amount of pay stations - much too big for this small store. Most of the time now there is only one register open to check out. I dislike pay stations, so I have to wait a long time to check out. Most of their elderly customers would prefer to wait in line instead of using the pay stations. This is outrageous to make customers wait so long to check out. I may have to go to another Whole Foods or change grocery stores.
