Having problems with a couple of their products. Tried to contact customer service 800# and was on hold for more than 2 hours listening to horrible music repeating the same tune over and over again! Need to find a new store to go to.

So the first time yesterday I ordered online to pick up my groceries as a test to see how it worked. Well, it will be the last time I use Whole Foods, Publix much better. I only ordered 4 items, Organic Romaine that had a use by 11/17 date, used last night and so bad already that I tossed it out. Second, organic bananas that were so badly bruised. I guess it is a way for them to get rid of bad or almost outdated inventory. No more Whole Foods,

Just purchased newly introduced Weleda Skin Food Face Cream. Besides the difference of $ 8.00 in price this cream smell too fishy for my taste. Never again.

Albany NY store : Coleslaw is poor quality cabbage and mayo, no other ingredients can be tasted in it. Ingredients listed are not in it. False advertising. $5.99 a pound. Every time we buy it’s worse than the last time. No more.

I ordered stir fry with beef and vegetables that was cooked to order for me. The meat was tough, tasted fatty, was hard to chew and turned me off completely. I threw away more than half. I have visited their hot bar dozens of times in the last few months and the food has always looked stale, sometimes burnt, often dry and totally unappealing. They should either greatly improve the food quality or get out of the business of selling prepared hot food.

I went to Whole Foods Today and got a Turkey wing from the meat department. The Turkey wing smell like and tasted like fish. I had to throw it away. This was the most horrible experience I've had with food in my life.

Huge verity and choice of everything you need a bit more expensive but worth the price as food quality is really good.

Whole Foods is our go-to store. The groceries are always fresh (though it's been a hit-and-miss in the past six months), the customer service is always super friendly and helpful, the store is clean and nice to walk in. The prices are slightly more than other stores but it's totally worth it for us.
