Their pick up and delivery services are the worst I have ever experienced!!! They overprice deliveries and deliveries are terrible!!! I just had a missed delivery because the guy never rang the bell or knocked! To get it resolved is horrible since you have to jump hoops I the Amazon app just to reach Customer Service to assist and then they deliver at their convenience with the hefty $9.99 delivery charge. Use Instacart instead!!! Instacart has never disappointed me!

As someone who’s been a client of the Highland Park store for close to 20 years in Dallas, Texas, I have to admit the store was never awesome… But over the past few years, it has become a total disaster. Unstocked shelves, cooler and I’m not really sure why they bother with a hot bar, salad bar or pizza bar.. What an embarrassment.. Back in the day, it was a regular stop but now.. I don’t expect much. Tonight at 5:20 pm Saturday.. Hot bar looked pathetic and dried out, there was no fresh pizza ready.. This was probably the 5th or 6th time I just walked out.. I frequent the other stores in the area and they are much better save for the Preston Forest store.. If you want to see what a store looks like with a manager and staff that don’t care much.. those are your stores in Dallas

While shopping at Whole Foods in Wheaton, Illinois yesterday I was extremely pleased to have been helped so much by so many employees in locating items from a grocery list given to me by my daughter, who shops there frequently. Even though they were busy, each one of them was glad to help. It was over the top customer service! I have not shopped there much, myself. This trip was for my daughter. Because of the help that I received, I will now be shopping there. I called to talk to leadership at that store to let him know. He was very appreciative. Customer service at its finest indeed.

Whole food Bellevue Washington state. I went shopping today and saw that they have a discount on the shelf. for example two spring mixed salads for 7 dollars and I was taxed with 11.98 dollars. and the pear was 1.79/lb item number is 94404 at the counter. i was charged 2.69lb. after I paid, I realized that I had been cheated and I went to work with the customers and talked to a person who was there. This person was not surprised by what happened, he returned the money back to me on the salad after verifying at shelf and said I was right without apologizing. I asked to speak to the manager, this person answered that he is the manager, then he said that I will pay them 7 dollars and they will do the transaction automatically for me because the computer was open for my transaction, I put everything in the basket and left very disappointed. Great supplement selection in comparison to most other main stream super markets like Kroger. Good range of grassfed meats with an excellent choice of coffees. The hard to get organic drinks like Suja and Zevia are also here. All in all a great experience in comparison to other stores in the US .

This review applies only to the seafood cakes WF is selling, frozen and packaged (and pricey). They are pure garbage. They have the consistency of sawdust (made of mostly breadcrumbs) and zero flavor. They're sold under the WF store brand and the "Sea for Yourself" brand. I suggest that you go down the street to the Fresh Market and buy their made-in-store crab cakes for the same price. They're delicious. Or, for crab cake afficionados, you can buy crab cakes in bulk (12 per box) from CT Crab Co. in Fairfield. Really outstanding and delicious. Not cheap, but very, very good. WF has a lot of chutzpa selling this garbage disguised as food. Shame on you
