WhistleReviews of whistle.com

Highly recommend this product if you have an escape artist like I do. I was away on vacation and the brat got away from the pet sitter. I was able to see exactly where he was and made sure he was safe until he came home. Priceless. Does exactly what it states.

I live on some acreage in Winchester, KY. This is where the rolling hills of the bluegrass give way to the knobs of the Appalachians. Cell phone service isn't the greatest where I am located so I was apprehensive about ordering a Whistle, but I needed to keep track of my Glenn terrier who is a roamer. "Doug" has not been where I couldn't find him since I got a Whistle III over a year ago. I recently ordered a replacement because I used it on another dog and it got chewed up by that dog's kennel mate. The old one was working perfectly before that unfortunate event. Whistle III charges quickly. The first time charging it finished so quickly I was in doubt of the message telling me it was finished. But it turns out it just charges quickly - usually 10 or 15 minutes, sometimes less. It is accurate to within feet of Doug's location. It has never failed to let me know within minutes when he gets away from my internet router (the "home" location). The phone application works great. All the changes Whistle has made to the tracking software have been improvements. Customer service is exceptionally responsive and always professional. I recommend Whistle III to all the dog owners with whom I come in contact. I would never again have a dog that didn't have a Whistle on his collar. Over the years I have lost dogs to coyote attacks and who knows what else - living out in the country they often just disappear, never to be heard from again. I also have a very dangerous state road that passes in front of my farm. I never again have to worry about not being able to find my Doug. This is a real review written by a Whistle III customer. Anyone with questions can email me at InTheBriarPatch @ gmail dot com Bill in Central/Eastern Kentucky

I purchased two Whistles for my Russian Wolfhounds. They’re working great and I love how much peace of mind it gives me when taking walks with my pups or visiting family members.

I got this for my escape artist Husky. I love it! Very sturdy, definitely not falling off. I also let my dog off leash to run through woods and river. It has stood up to mud, water and wrestling. The alerts are great. Shows me exactly where he is. Also lights up at night when you track. Sometimes he’s close to me and I don’t see him. I love the maps of his runs and distance.

The piece of mind I get from this device is priceless- It’s also fun to see how many steps my pup takes every day!

The best GPS tracker ever!! We have two dogs and two Whistles!

I love Whistle! I recently upgraded to the Whistle 3 and, although the battery drains a little bit faster, I feel much better knowing that I can find my dogs if we get separated. Every morning we go for an off-leash walk in the woods. My dogs are great and have always stayed with me, but just this morning one of them saw a squirrel and took off out of sight. She came back about a minute later, but I almost needed to put her Whistle to use!

We have been using the Whistle App and Whistle for almost a year and we love all the information it provides about our dogs activity. We have one dog that loves to slip out the front gate as soon as any unsuspecting visitor opens it, so we decided to upgrade to the Whistle 3 tracker. It was simple to set up, very inexpensive to sign up for the GPS monitoring, and I was amazed the first time I got an alert that he was out. Luckily he was with a family member, but I got to see exactly where he was for the whole trip. I'm very impressed!! I hope we never need it, but it gives me great peace of mind knowing will can find him.
