Good device. Until the GPS stopped working. Tried contacting customer support multiple times and each time they were not helpful in resolving the issue. Our pet was lost and they kept telling us to either plug the device back in (ummm can’t do that my pet and device are missing) or offering us services to purchase. Like no! I am asking for help on re-setting the GPS signal not what other products you have to offer!!

Absolutely love it .... we watch him closely and he is well trained but we have a two occasions were the opportunity to chase a rabbit got the best of him and our Whistle tracker brought us right to him. Also he is only 2 so a beautiful little King Charles Cavalier and he wears an identification tag and is chipped so if someone found him they could reach out to us but I worry a bit that the wrong person may not want to contact us so I love the added security of us being able to find him.
