Excellent product - worth the piece of of mind.

The code advertised on the website would not work in the shopping cart. I called customer service where I was directed to a "live chat." Nobody ever responded to the live chat so I called again. The customer service rep was completely incompetent. He told me he would send a link via email but it likely would not work because the codes change so often. I never received the email but I did get an email response to my live chat question. I'm not sure why they call it live chat if nobody is going to respond on the live chat, not even a response to say I would get an email.

I have been using whistle for years. The gps monitors have saved my dogs’ lives several times and their customer service is excellent!

My only qualm is not being able to combine the subscription data plans.

We absolutely love our Whistle. We've used it for our male German Shepherd for about 3 years now. We've recently adopted another German Shepherd and have just ordered one for her. Gives us peace of mind knowing we can find her in the unlikely event we ever get separated.

I just now ordered on line and did not see the discount option for entering pack20 to get my 20% discount. I was told I could not get that after sending the order in. That’s seem ridiculous.
