I've had both the original Whistle, Whistle 2 and have just ordered Whistle 3. We have had great results using Whistle, since Lucy, our Mini-Aussie likes to wonder around. The only problem with the Whistle was keeping it charged, since the other two had a base/transmission station and that is where you attached the Whistle 2 transmitter to recharge it. While traveling we had to bring the base station for recharging and it was a 110 Volt charger. With the new W-3 we can recharge while in a vehicle and we don't have to worry about a base station. Excellent design and the company is very customer oriented.

Customer service is always quick with their response and able to help me right away! The GPS is always extremely accurate and Whistle fits snugly on my doggies collar and is not in the way for my pup.

Link says to click here if your collar attachment has broken. I do. Entered in my serial number of my device. I do. The box turns red and it says my warranty expired last month. Okay, fine. But it doesn't tell me that because my warranty expired they won't replace my collar attachment. It should direct me to the e-commerce portion and let me buy one. The continue button is there, and I click on it, but nothing happens. Dead end.

Great product that works. We have a Siberian Husky who is an escape artist. The whistle tracker allowed us to find our dog after she had dug out under our fence overnight. The tracking system led us directly to her and the alert system let us know she had left her safety zone. We just got a new puppy and he is also wearing a whistle tracker.

I only needed to purchase the rubber piece that snap the connector on to the dogs collar. Making somebody purchase the connector is unnecessary. Should sell them separate.

Pretty nice product! It is very handy and helps me keep up with my dog's activity. I purchased the Whistle 3! Im excited to use it!
