I was in the house and received an alert that my beautiful Akita, Layla, had somehow moved outside of her “home safety zone”. I took a quick look at the screen, and immediately ran out of the house to the riding trail which borders our home and found Layla. My gardener had left our side gate wide open. Without Whistle, I could have lost my beautiful pet forever. I love Whistle!!! Since Layla often goes to my work with me, I even have a 2nd “safety zone” set up around my office...just in case. The piece of mind is so worth the minimal expense.

Inconsistent on the coupons provided via email got a 15% off while email got $20 off

I had the Whistle GPS for a few years and it worked well until a few months ago the activity stopped being logged. The support was unable to fix it so they offered me a 20% discount on a Whistle 3. Unfortunately the unit I received would not connect to my WiFi and had issues tracking with GPS. They sent a replacement unit so we will have to see if the old one was just defective.

So far so good. I will give a review once i receive the product.

I ordered the whistle and I am sitting on hold with a guy who speaks no English trying to cancel my order because my husband ordered one to. I gave him my name and confirmation number but he can't locate my order how convenient.

It was easy and straight forward .I needed a replacement band for the Whistle 3. I was able to find what i needed within a minute of looking through your website.

the website had 2 discount options but when I tried to take advantage of the 50% they would not honor it but honored the20% discount instead...and they never confirmed my purchase or sent me a receipt....
