Great App and Product dont know what I would do with out it.

Only complaint is that it was not clear that the subscription selected and paid after the device was received. If not for that, would have given 5 stars.

Love our Whistle and just ordered a second collar with the built in holder. That design is so much more secure for my little guy that hunts our acreage in the country daily.

whistle trackers have saved my ranch dogs more times than you’ll ever know. I chose whistle years ago because it had a much further range of tracking. The only complaint with my new ones is that it doesn’t seem like I can define their safe area as large as I would like it to be.

Easy to navigate and use site for information and ordering

I purchased a device 1 year ago and paid for 2 years. My device stopped working, so I called to replace it and was told that if I bought a new unit my 2nd year subscription would roll over to my new unit. Well when I got the new unit, I was told that I had to repurchase a new subscription and my 1 year would be refunded after I paid for the new subscription. This is so unfair, because I purchased 2 yrs @ 6.95 per month and still had 1 yr credit. Now if I purchase 1 yr it is 7.95 per month. Its not even about the money, it is the principle of the matter. If you are a new buyer, you get 3 months free, GO FIGURE, but they won't make their current customer happy. SO SO UNHAPPY....SHAME ON YOU WHISTLE!
