It Works! Why do I need to take my time to offer free advertising for you. I said all that needed to be said in a world of cheap rip-offs and faulty claims your's works what else is there to say?

So far, we've enjoyed the peace of mind Whistle has provided. However, it's been a learning curve with regard to push notifications & setting our "safe zone" perimeters to minimize "false alarms".

Very easy to shop and order. Great value for the services you receive. Every pet owner should have Whistle!

/Best customer service i have ever experienced!

We spend a lot of time traveling and camping in our RV and one of our biggest concerns has always been that what if one of our fur babies decided to take off and run amok. after purchasing miscellaneous things online that never seem to work like they said they would, I stumbled across this and thought I would take a chance at purchasing one.because of the amount of money these cost I was skeptical of purchasing one for each puppy when I know are dogs do always run together. Should I purchase the one and last weekend while camping near Branson Missouri sure enough are puppies took off chasing a deer. If I could post a picture of their 7 Mile journey I would. Thanks to this device I was not only able to know where they were but to drive right to them and wait for them to come out of the woods at the road where they were heading. This device is worth every single cent they cost. I was able to watch their every moment of their trip from our phones and instead of splitting up going to different directions looking for our dogs and calling the police and going through all of that we were able like I said to drive right to where they were heading and met them as they came out of the woods. this is the best investment you would ever make for keeping track of your dog when they decide to run a muck. I so wish I could post the picture of their journey lol

Terrific!! Works very well

I had a few pre-sale questions that went unanswered. I tried their "live chat" option, which turns out to be nothing more than an email form with a "we'll get back to you", and I tried their "text us at anytime" - which I did and received no reply. I made the purchase with my questions unanswered as I had a coupon emailed from them that was expiring next day. This is not reflective of the product or service, as I have not experienced it yet, just of the buying process.

Great product and very good support! I have had Whistle and Tagg products for many years. I have never used the "lost dog" feature but find value in the amount of exercise report and the wifi feature with Whistle 3 is excellent! Thanks for having such good customer service people. I wish every business had as good a service as you!
