Easy and fast to order. Website was clean, not cluttered with a bunch of useless info. Can’t wait to get the collars on my two dogs. One of whom we just found 12 miles way and the other is an escape artist Jack Russel mis. Will give me much pease of mind.

Buying the Whistle tracker was easy. I was initially trying to re-activate my old Whistle (dog died, then new dog) and after 25 minutes on the phone with support, was told it was to be "decommissioned". 30 minutes with support and they finally gave me a code for half off a new whistle. Love the whistle, hate the support.

I've had the product fit both of my Goldens for many years. They work perfectly and have helped me track the guys down from time to time. Of course, they ate always in the lake, so the tracker is definitely waterproof! Just ordered a third one for the newest fur baby. Highly recommended.
