Whistle has been a godsend for us, the owners of a wandering beagle. The few times she has found a way out of the yard, we've been able to see which direction she went, rather than randomly searching in all directions. Recently, her device went missing, so it is important to check the device-to-collar attachment periodically to make sure it's holding fast. Whistle representatives were very helpful in resolving the problem and ultimately ended up sending us a new device when the old one couldn't be located. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Because it would be really nice to be able to track her exactly, without the delay of seconds or minutes while the GPS catches up to her whereabouts. But otherwise we've been very happy with the service.

I like the Whistle. I have one for both of my dogs. I also recommended that my mom get Whistle's for her 2 dogs and she did. I love knowing that if they ever did wander out of my sight that I can track them. I do think the tracking feature is slow/somewhat lacking but I think if I truly needed it, it would give me enough information to find my dog. I have connectivity issues or the tracking information is not updating quickly enough. I do have peace of mind know that if I need to, I can at least have some idea of which direction they went. I use it most for the activity tracking.

Aloha , I have literally tried everything to keep mai pitty Bean and Dal Rex from escaping......they usually jus go for car rides with peeps who pick dem up ..but once they made it all the way to tha highway...scary as well as could have ended badly for the dogs or worse a driver ..Whistle alerts meh as soon as they bust out not jus meh but whole family ....I am happy to say that they have not gotten free again ...it gives meh piece of mind as well I can see Beans location any place I'm at .....For meh it has been tha most reliable tracking device for mai pets <3

Horrible experience with ordering. Item never showed, was charged and never received an email there was a problem. Had to call to resolve. Company appears very behind the times.

Decided on whistle because of the reviews in google. Placing the order was quick and easy

i like it a lot so far but i am having one issue and that is getting it on my husbands phone

Fine on Chat but I still have yet to receive the instructions promised me that were supposed to come by the end of the day YESTERDAY.
