Whistle dies a great job tracking our two dogs. Now when the wander, we know where they are and if they are getting close to any danger

The communication via text (chat online) was slow. Even worse, after I agreed to accept text messaging, and finished receiving the answers I wanted, I received scam texts from neighbors looking for sex partners. Be careful. Had to text STOP. After receiving an email I could not go through the emailed link to purchase, so I thought something had got into my phone requiring rebooting.

I broke my whistle mount and within 30 seconds I had my order completed. Not kidding. Faster than amazon through the process!

This is the 3rd Whistle we have bought. Our dog ate the first one (our fault; her collar was too loose and she chewed it off). The second one is now on her collar and gives us peace of mind. It helped us to find her once when she was lost. We just got a second dog and there was no question in our minds that she would get a Whistle also. We have found customer service at Whistle to be very helpful. Heads up: there is a short (couple of minutes) delay when you ask for the dog's location. This hasn't been a problem for us.

It is not an easy way to do it. There is no easy options to just buy the whistle without the battery and the collar. No esy way to buy a replacement

GPS unit and hardware are great - mobile app (iOS) interface to add family members is is terrible. Unintuitive and frustrating at best.

I’ve owned a Whistle for over a year and it’s the best product on the market for its purpose. Great customer service and easy to navigate app. The warranty lasts a year and I wish it were 2 years. The only downside is that the clip was rubber and when dogs play, it sometimes comes off.
