I would like to have an actual phone number to contact customer service to talk with someone instead of only having online chat for questions regarding the tracker. I had a few more questions regarding the product but to have to type everything out takes quite a bit of time and having an actual person to talk with is quicker. By the name of the person I was most likely "speaking" with someone in a call center on the other side of the planet, and the "conversation" of typing and waiting for a reply gets very time consuming. Still, I'm looking forward to receiving the Whistle 3 to try on my adventurous cat.

I have only been using the Whiles for 5 days but so far, I really like it. I purchased the product as a safely measure in case my dog was ever lost but, I find I really like being able to track her activity level. The only suggestion for change is that there is sometimes a delay in updating information regarding my dog's location. I did have a question about the charger and your customer service got back to me ASAP which was appreciated.

This is my 3rd Whistle (I had it originally when it was Tagg). I found the second one wasn't as good as the original, but this new one is amazing. Connecting to Wifi vs. the base station makes things so much easier. The hourly updates are also a great way to track the dog's progress, and taking the whistle on and off is a breeze now. I am so glad we upgraded to the latest one. it's worth twice what it cost compared to the old trackers!

A very nice accurate tracker, has helped us follow and catch our husky mix who is a runner and escape artist. Customer service is always helpful and polite.

i wish they had smaller whistles for cats, but overall, good product and reliable
