I get a lot of use with the whistle. I have a 7 year old boxer that loves to be outside all of the time so it’s good to know that she’s safe My biggest issue is that it does not alert me quick enough when she is out of the safe zone. I want to know instantly but I don’t get an alert for several minutes or more. I’m hoping that maybe they will eventually work with other net works other than at&t. In my area I don’t get the best service from them. If my alerts about my dog were instant I’d be giving this device 5 stars.

I needed replacement parts and then the new collar design caught my eye. I ordered it - I wish you offered embroidering as I ALWAYS have my dog's name and my cell # on his collars.

I was having a lot of issues with my dog's old whistle, the original one that I've had for years. The customer service representative gave me a discounted price on both of my new whistle 3s, since I now have two dogs, and a month of free service for both lines. The new ones were much easier to set up and much more accurate. We're all very happy campers so far.

I love the whistle. It gives me peace of mind that if anythi g happened and my dogs got out I could find them. The worst part is remembering to charge them. But the app does a good job of reminding you when the tracker is getting low and you have a little grave period. Make sure you put it on a collar if you have a chewer. We had the tracker attached to a harness and my golden got to it and chewed it up twice now.

Much easier to find accessory items than in the past. Easy shopping experience.
