Have a hunting dog who is very fast. Spent 2 hours looking for her after she went after a deer a few weeks ago. She had on a electric collar but she was so fast the we could not hear the beeps. The Whistle is the perfect companion to the electric collar. Had I had it i would have been able to narrow our search and found her quickly as she really had not gone that far. It is small, light and waterproof. The batter life is great. Cost compared to losing your dog is reasonable. Bonus: alerts if she leaves the yard and love seeing how many miles she covers in a day. Looked at several other options and the Whistle really was the obvious choice for my needs. There is no substitute for training and having a good recall but the Whistle is another layer that gives an owner peace of mind.

We've been using the whistle 3 for over 2 years on our cat. It's good to always know where your pet is. Overall very satisfied with the item. Customer service is superb.

I love Whistle. I had the first and version 3. I'm ordering my third because I do a bit of dog sitting and want my pups to be trackable. Once I had a dog sitter who promised not to take the Whistle off of my dog while I was away...of course, he did and she was able to walk out of his house. She was lost in San Francisco for 2 days without a trace. There's no way I would have a dog without the Whistle! It's the best thing ever!

Easy to use website. Simple ordering process. Great product! What more can you say? My cats are well protected and I’m comfortable that if they get out I can find them. Thank you, Whistle.

Battery doesn’t last long enough. About 3 days at the most.

Great concept, great design, excellent app..... terrible locator. Told me my dog was outside the safe zone when he was right next to me and at home, when we were out walking. Great customer service as well.
