So far so good. Ordered replacement collar attachments

Great site and service

Didn't fix my problem, had a tough time understanding her (she was pleasant, though), and the email I got as follow up asked same questions I ALREADY ANSWERED on the call. Really not pleased. Was SO impressed with the replacement and you almost had a raving fan, but this has changed my view. Later, I figured it out after making some changes. Just frustrating it took me to leave it alone for a week and then go back to it myself. RA

I put it on my dog the first night and after 20% the gps would not update his location. It’s been almost 4 days and I now fear my dog is gone forever

Seems to work really well!

Great product and great customer service. My only complaint is that they dont hold up the best If your dog plays with other dogs. My dogs have broke 2 playing with each other but whistle replaced them quickly!

Easy to get started. We are so happy to have a way to track our runners!

Really like the Whistle, it has helped me track down my escape artist. Like the size & ease of use. Only wish it updated dog's position little quicker & had longer battery life.
