I wish they were more clear about the battery life. If your dog can be connected to WiFi it will last long, but if you’re like me and have spotty WiFi then expect to charge it every other day.

Great service and product

Great product and helpful customer service. I have bought several of these trackers over the last three years. Whenever I foster a dog, I buy a tracker and give the tracker to the new owner once they formally adopt the dog. It's a great product that's easy to use and it allows me not to worry about my pack while I'm away from the house. I bought one tracker recently that didn't hold a charge but the customer service worked with me to replace the tracker and sent me out a new unit. Overall, I very satisfied with Whistle and will continue to use their products!

would be 5 stars on perfromance... one star less because of the attaching device. Am awaiting velcro straps that I just ordered in order to attach to a thicker collar. Am a little concerned about how the device snaps onto the collar holder. only one little itty bitty prong holds it in place... I have two big dogs and they play a lot and the devices already wobble back and forth in the clamping device. I am concerned I'm going to find one of them missing in the house somewhere, knocked under the couch and never find it.

The shipping was a little late but other then at they were great

I never received an confirmation email that the item shipped or any tracking information. I paid for 3 days and have heard zero from the company.
