Pros: - GPS works well and accurate enough. - Good customer service (by e-mail) - Very good interface. App on iPhone works well and well designed. Can customize "safe area" (area within which GPS uses wifi instead cellular, thus drawing less battery power) - Cons: -Refresh rate, especially when your dog takes off and you are chasing after him/her could be faster - Battery life on the GPS I bought in June was 4 days...too low. Since then I upgraded (for $30 more) to a Whistle Explore GPS that claims to last about 20 days on a charge... will see. - New Whistle collar attachment is different than the one on the original Whistle GPS rendering the $30 Whistle collar pretty useless.

Hello. I "chatted" with a Cody McGuire earlier today. He was super helpful. I googled this morning looking for the 'best dog tracker' on the market, and WHISTLE came up. I went to Amazon, my go to shopping spot, and they had very little information. I began a "chat" with Cody, as I could not find the information to my questions on your web site. I was thankful that there was a chat option. Cody did tell me the prices were the same as on Amazon. While chatting with Cody, he checked the bandwith associated with my address. He told me which Whistle product would most likely work best at our home, (it was the one I happen to be interested in). He answered all of my questions. I feel good about the two items I ordered and will follow the instructions when they arrive to get them set up! He was super helpful and much appreciated!! It was good to "talk" with someone knowledgeable about the product! I hope I am as happy with them as all of the reviews I read! AND being the #1 tracking tool for dogs for 2018 and 2019, is quite an accomplishment! I look forward to these arriving and getting started with them!!

Great customer service

I had some questions and searched for a phone number— I couldn’t find one and used the chat window. The chat session was very slow, any time I left the chat on my iPhone to answer a call or check email it ended the chat session (without any warning or indication and I had to go to the end of the queue and wait again...). Even responding to the chat follow up email caused me to have to start over. When I finally received help from someone at the other end of the chat the service was better... but it was extremely frustrating beforehand
