The whistle GPS does not seem to be…
The whistle GPS does not seem to be correct I could be standing right next to my dog and it's telling me my dog is 400 or so feet away. When I take the dog to a park which is 3 1/2 miles away whistles telling me it's only 2 miles away. It does tell me when he leaves and when he gets home. Is there some way to synchronize is GPS to his actual location and also synchronize it to us so that when we are together it shows us together?

Hello David, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. Sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your Whistle 3. I did look into some things and there are a lot of areas around your address that have very spotty coverage at best. The Whistle 3 runs off of AT&T 3G network, when it is not connected to WiFi it uses the AT&T cell phone towers. If the coverage isn't good you may see issues with the reading being off, just as you are seeing. That being said we did just release the Whistle GO and GO Explore. These devices run off of AT&T 4G, and the 4G coverage in your area is much better. If you'd like to exchange your device for one of these I can help you with this. You'd just need to pay the differences. If you wanted the GO you'd need to pay $30, if you wanted the Explore you'd need to pay $60. https://support.whistle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026584254-What-Are-the-Differences-Between-the-Whistle-3-and-the-New-Whistle-GO- This link will explain the differences between all 3 devices. Just reply back and let me know what you'd like to do.
