Website looks and performance was fine.i think this product carries a lot of responsibility and the website theme/look doesn't portray that so well however. It looks very child like and doesn't make instantly trust the product for what it's supposed be,

I ordered my whistle go explore on Saturday and I had 2-3 day shipping and I waited on it all week didn’t receive it by Friday so I emailed and just got a try our website email back... then i called on Sunday because I still hadn’t received it yet and they said that the green go explores were out of stock and I would receive it when they get their order in.. I just think I should have been told this either when I ordered or got an email saying it might take a little longer..

ordered replacement band for collar. The one i got won't fit the model i have. Also turned in as replacement and gave serial number. That one never showed up. Called cutomer service and they were going to resend it again.

I have not received the device nor have I been told what happened. I was charged although it has not shipped. I don’t think a person should be charged until the product has shipped. Not cool. Still waiting. . . .

I love the concept, but I have had many issues with our Whistle 3 which is now about two years old. I need GPS tracking for my dog, so I am going to order the new Whistle Go Explore and give it a shot. I am hoping for better connection, much longer battery life, and fewer issues with tracking. We will see how it goes.
