This is a great product that I have used and trusted for the past several years.

The product looks good but just wish the shipping was faster as I still haven't recieved a email saying my order has shipped with tracking and its been 7 days already since ordering. UPDATE: Thanks for the reply can't wait to recieve it.

The product is a cool idea, however poorly executed. The gps tracking is off by at least 20 meters, and it doesn’t update often enough. In a world where we can use GPS/location sharing to watch a loved one drive home safe, it’s unfortunate this product seems to update location every 5 minutes. Our pet will be at home with us, and the GPS says she’s down the street. We contemplated returning our whistle, however we feel it is better then nothing. Thanks!

Great service

Ordered online. Said available in 1-3 business days. 10 days went by and I contacted the company. The colors I ordered were now “not available” but they wouldn’t just cancel the order. I had to wait until they were available, shipped to me, then I would have to send them back. They also wouldn’t just change my order to a different color and send me that. I had to go back online and reorder the new color. Huge thumbs down on the customer service. Can’t speak to the quality of the product, never got it.

Repeatedly cannot get support to respond to my requests via email. Literally have to leave a bad review to get any response.

We have an Alaskan Klee Kai, which is basically a mini Siberian Husky. He has no idea he is small and has all the behaviors, both good and bad, of his full grown brothers and sisters. One of these traits is his love of a good long walk - by himself! Until we discovered Whistle we spent many worried hours wondering where on earth he had gone with no way to find him. Now we just check our phone and can walk or drive to exactly where he is - no problem. Yes, we should fence our property or never let him out without a leash etc etc. But we don't live that way. Thanks to Whistle, we don't have to.
