Im soo frustrated with this product. One dog is on Beta tracker and one is on the new tracker because I was forced to upgrade. Had everything set up only to have an issue with dog #1's tracker and app..so I had to purchase a 2nd Whistle tracker. Now, I cant get both dogs set up on one app.

Customer service was very good (5 stars). Web info about upgrading from Whistle 3 to Go or Explorer Go was about 3 stars. FAQs did not address upgrading a or if current chargers/app etc would continue to work for new models. No info about how the upgrade process would work.

The website is easy navigate, but I didn't see information on how the Whistle GO snaps or twists onto the collars, only that it does snap, or you could get a twist & go collar. Maybe I didn't look hard enough. Since we're replacing an old Tagg product due to the network sunset I didn't spend a lot of time trying to find things. We've been very pleased with the use of the old Tagg (we've used it 4+ years) and expect an even better experience with the upgraded Whistle GO.

We live somewhat remote on a lake in Alaska without road access and have a very active beautiful Alaska husky sled dog mix that loves to run. The whistle 3 lets us see exactly where she is, we can track her location and her activity. Kinley has traveled up to 14 miles in a day running up, down, and around the peninsula. The whistle gives us peace of mind. We are pleased with our whistle 3 and just upgraded to the newer whistle that offers extended battery life.

Does not work with tracking I should be able to track at will any time you want not only if 1/4 mile out of safe zone what a joke. Cheaper gps models work much better with tracking as u like. The tracking is worthless. I pay for services I do not even get. One example is limited tracking when it works, constant charging. The device shoukd allow 24/7 tracking even in safe zone. My service should reflect tracking as I like to ensure saftey 4 my pet. Reasurch other less expensive, avertized products from china that actually work better.Get it right whistel!!!!!!
