Occasional false alarms. But worth the momentary panic to know that 99% of the time, my dog is where he should be.

Whistle 3 is a subpar product and their customer service is horrible. I have 4 trackers and purchased a new one in january of this year. This tracker never held a charge like the others and they refused to get me a new one. I only got a run around from customer service. These trackers fail to update location and are of no help when you need to locate a missing pet. It is tragic! i tried to get a refund on my remaining months of the service contract, but they wont even do that. I was on the phone for over 50 minutes with customer service who kept putting me on hold to check for answers. I would NEVER trust whistle to find your pet when it is lose. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR ENERGY ON THIS PRODUCT

Great customer support, and a super great product. I love the peace of mind that comes with knowing I can find my girl if she ever sneaks out.

i'm a long-time Whistle customer. i wish the website would allow us to create an actual account where we can view our order history, maybe even see our support history, etc. its annoying to have to re-input everything every time. also, can't see all the features of the products. i'm simply trying to see how we would charge the new Whistle Go/Go Explore and don't know how it's done. need more info on the website. very lean....but it looks nice and has a great fresh look.
