Whistle is an awesome product and I am a repeat customer due to my previous unit is lost after the battery died(my fault) Only issues I had was out of stock on collar I wanted to go with the newer unit.

Great service service

Whistle is a great product and the customer support was good. But the whistle account holder part of the website is difficult to navigate and upgrade deals are hard to find and not marketed well. As an example I never knew that the Whistle 3 was replaced by the upgraded whistle pro and explorer until I tried to buy a whistle collar only to find out they didn't fit the whistle 3. Called customer service about the collars and only then found out about the upgraded product.

Product failed to secure device to collar and was lost (even with a powered gps). After contacting support, I was offered a 20% discount on the purchase of a new device but later learned it was a publicly available discount on their website as a “promotion.” Company did not stand behind their flawed product. Ended up having to buy the “new” and more expensive version which just happened to have a new design that keeps the device from being lost.

Awesome website

It would be nice to be able to log into the site and order. This is the third order I have placed with Whistle, and each time I have to reenter my information. Also, I wanted to order two collars to go with the trackers. The site was sold out of most mediums, and sold out of the small collar I wanted to order.

Best business, great customer service, easy to navigate app and website. Future of pet care!

The gps is great for tracking my Bichon, but the small collar is way too big for him. It apparently doesn’t come in an extra small. Also, the connector doesn’t work well on his regular collar.
