The rubber collar attachment for my Whistle 3 was really getting loose, the Whistle was just swinging floppily from the collar. I looked on the website and found new "snap" attachments that looked way more secure! When I received them though, I found that the attachment had been slightly changed between the Whistle 3 and the new Whistle Go, making my new attachments totally incompatible and useless. I'm just bummed the description didn't state they were incompatible - they look identical from the photos. I feel bad I just have to toss these in the trash. Customer service is very good. The ATT network is not as good as Verizon which is why I went with Whistle. the Whistle 2 had some problems and now the new Explore has even more problems with the ATT 4 g network when getting out of town. Verizon had exceptional coverage. ATT does not. Not a fan of their decision to move from Verizon

Loved the Whistle 3 for the first several months. We put one on our mill dog rescue who is a huge flight risk. We are with her at all times outside in our fenced yard, but she is an escape artist if she gets spooked by strange noises. The rubber attachment that attaches the Whistle 3 to the collar broke over a month ago. The replacement attachments have been back-ordered for the past month, so I called customer service. The customer service rep offered to mail me a new one, but could not tell me when one would be available to ship. He said it may be a few more weeks, but had no definitive date. I am frustrated that we are paying for a monthly tracking service while our device sits on the kitchen counter. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told it would be 24-48 hours to speak with one. I would like for someone to replace my entire Whistle 3 since they cannot replace the attachment for the device I have. I will likely be buying a competitor's product today to protect my pet, since I have a useless Whistle 3. Hopefully, a competitor will back up the product if there are issues.

I have been a customer with Whistle for 3 years now and am satisfied with their customer service and products. I just purchased the new Whistle Go Explore and am very excited for it to arrive. As with our cell phones, there are times when the GPS is unable to locate the location which can be stressful but other than that expected issue I have no other complaints. I definitely recommend this product if you live in a non-fenced area and want to know where your fur baby is at all times.

I have been a Whistle customer for several years now and have enjoyed the service. However, I do not find it fair that I should have to pay as much as I have to upgrade due to the 2G service being discontinued. Along with the $30 off, are you able to offer any other monetary rebate?

Easy ordering process.

A Beagle owns me. I got Whistle back in 2016 to track him. Game Changer! Won't be without. Really easy to page back and review order without losing information. As always, double check to make sure any bloat mail boxes didn't auto-populate on refresh. The text option auto opts-in.
