Support person was not very knowledgeable and didn't listen to what was being ask of him. The website required re-entering information you had already been provided and flow thru the process was not clear at all. Even talking with the support person we went in a loop 3 times re-entering information that should have been provided from your system and only requiring user input if there were changes needed to the original profile.

I have been using the Second Generation TaGG Tracker with my Afghanistan Rescue since 2011 and the original Whistle Tracker on my Husky Rescue since 2015. Both dogs have the ability to jump or climb a 5'6" chain link fence in seconds. Over the years they have both gotten better, in part due to an added in-ground fence, but before then it was impossible to keep them in the yard. I can honestly say that with out these trackers I could have easily lost either or both dogs forever. Definitely worth every penny spent! Very excited for the latest editions to arrive with LIVE tracking instead of waiting 3 minutes for an updated location and they have a night light!

Honestly, I don't know why we continue to use your service and equipment. After spending several hundred dollars on units in the past, I asked for assistance with a default unit that has shown excessive lag in response to our escaping dog and also shows battery life when is actually dead. This has caused us a great deal of frustration and worry. We simply want to continue to use the service and find a solution with our current unit. In the end, we were instructed to use the on going promotion, available to anyone, and buy a new unit. It was concluded that maybe we had too many trees getting in the way of our cellular service... Thanks so much for your kind customer support.

We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. I am sorry to hear you had issues with your Whistle 3 device. The last agent you spoke with wasn't incorrect, I was able to check the 3G coverage in your area is very poor, this is why you've run into those issues with your Whistle 3 device. The new device you ordered does use AT&T 4G and the 4G connection is much stronger in your area, you should see better results with the new device.

The rubber attaching to collar device broke only after a few months. I ordered a replacement but did not fit my Whistle. I waisted my time and money. Will not buy this and will cancel my subscription. I will be looking for a better device from another company.

So your shopping experience on a computer is horrible. The cart doesn't load fully, so you cannot remove items from it. It works great on a mobile device but should work equally well on a computer. Your support team was not helpful and only showed me pictures of what the cart SHOULD look like. Yeah, I know I should be able to remove items, but I can't. Fix your site to work on computers as well as it does on phones.

Great product and service, but wish there was a discount for longtime subscribers. I could have easily created another account and referred myself and saved $40. But that's dishonest. I am upgrading to the GoExplore (from Whistle3) for my little Corgi, and will continue to be an advocate for your product as I support local companies. Thank you for your time and this forum for feedback. If you can it would be nice to send a representative to CorgiCon at Ocean Beach this October 19th.

The website is super easy to navigate and clear to the point. My only complain is maybe showing the difference between each product. I see the whist go then the latest model I’m guessing the only difference is the night light?
