Whistle is great! We’ve been happy with our purchase of two Whistle 3’s several years ago. Their batteries are still lasting over a week, as long as the pups are connected to WiFi. With our two huskies, these are a necessity. Good reliable product.

I'm writing this review so customers who have Whistle Go can correct the design flaw in the Whistle Go plastic clip holder. The spring-driven locking attachment on the plastic clip that holds the Tracker will stop working over time and not lock the Tracker down. WHen this happens, take the collar or velcro srip off the dog. Place the tracker on the Clip. Then look at the bottom of the plastic clip, near the edge, and you will see two grooves underneath the locking mechanism. Take the tip of a knife and move the locking mechanism to the lock position. Then place the collar and or velcro attachment back on the dog.

This tracker is everything I wish it could be. Also, the customer service is awesome.

Still waiting for the correct color to arrive and the return shipping label for the Lime Green one they sent me in place of the grey.
