Been using whistle for about two years now and my wife and I love it! We are very active people and our Dog goes everywhere with us. Kust knowing if something where to happen and and we lost her we would be able to find her quickly! Love this company great stuff

Great site easy to navigate

Here’s the thing - I love Whistle! The old Whistle trackers I had (the legacy one) worked off Verizon and worked flawlessly. Then, when whistle 3 came out I was so excited - no flaps! Unfortunately, Whistle 3 worked off ATT - which doesn’t work in my area even though the map says there’s coverage. We kept using the legacy device off Verizon until one day it stopped working. Whistle customer service was great but no matter what we tried we couldn’t get the device working. I forgot to call and cancel for a few months and when I did I was told they have a newer device Whistle Go Explorer - great - but it still goes off ATT - which doesn’t work in my area! I literally have zero bars / no service with ATT. ATT even gave us a free micro cell tower because they also acknowledge there is zero service here. (Need a phone number to add someone to the micro cell - so doesn’t work with Whistle). Anyways, the customer service person said that this is a different ATT service and it says there’s coverage in my area. So despite me knowing it’s not going to work I said fine - I’ll try it once again because I really do love Whistle. Bought the Whistle Go Explorer, paid for the two year subscription aaaannndddd - drum roll - IT DOESN’T WORK BECAUSE IT RUNS OFF ATT!!!!! Who could’ve guessed. Anyways, if ATT doesn’t work in your are the Whistle 3 and the new Whistle Go and Whistle Go Explorer most likely won’t work despite the coverage map saying it will. I’d honestly still try it because if it works it works great - just be prepared to be disappointed and make sure you return within the 90 days. If Whistle ever goes back to Verizon or TMobile or heck - run off cheap Mint Mobile - I’ll be a loyal customer again. For now, super frustrated this won’t work in my area because there are no comparable trackers. So 5 star product - if it works - but I’m giving this 1 star because it’s useless in my area and because the coverage maps are crap and mislead the nice customer service people to believe the device will work at my house.

Great activity tracker. I like alerts for reaching goals through the day. Gives me an incentive to increase my dog and myself to walk more. Great product! Highly recommend.

I love the whistle product and app services. It gives us peace of mind when we’re at work but is also a very valuable tool when we go camping. The only thing that I’d change is the fact that you can’t shop through your account online. Selecting shop sends you to the store webpage and you have to add all your personal and payment information even though that info is saved in my account.
