Paid for 3 Whistle 3 Go's & to have them expedited. 4 working days later (not including the 2 weekend days), I've not yet received them nor a tracking # email update. I had the worst time getting thru to the company (Called & press "8" for a call back-the system kept kicking me to press "8" again. So, I hung up & redialed. Then pressed "8" & it finally worked. I tried using the "smartphone option" 3 times to text conversation, but no one ever answered me. 45 minutes later, someone returned my call "8".... there was no tracking # listed-so rep had no idea where my purchase was. Because the expediting did not happen, that portion of my bill was refunded. However, now I'll have to wait a total of 10 days till I'm supposed to receive it. Also, once received, I am instructed to email the rep & she will add an extra month for services.

It was imposible to find a telephone number to inquire about product. After finding it on a giggle search, I had to wait forever. Couldn’t hold any longer, so just ordered what I think was correct. Hopefully it was.

Once I put a product in the cart, I went back to the product to review it again to make sure I had picked the right one. I could not find the link to get back to the cart for checkout. I went reloaded the home page again and found the cart link. Not very user friendly.

Ordering on the site was very customer friendly. Lost my dogs last week for 7 hours (horrible day) and received the information for Whistle from Pawboost, am hoping this product does what it says - will be checking back with comments both here and pawboost once I receive the product and can check it out - thank you!

We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. I am sorry to hear the device has been lagging for you. The way the Whistle device works is when you are not connected to WiFi you are able to do a track or locate session when you do one of these sessions it will update you on where your pet is at every 15 seconds. These Whistle devices do come with a GPS refresh rate of 6 minutes by default, this means when not connected to WiFi and you are not doing a track session, it will update you where your pet is at every 6 minutes. That being said, it may take up to 6 minutes before you are notified that your pet has left. This 6 minutes does not kick in until the device has disconnected from WiFi, if you have a rather strong WiFi connection, it may take even a bit longer than 6 minutes.
