Got a new whistle Go explorer and the battery lasts less than 24 hours and will not connect to WiFi. Whistle phone support will not replace it or respond to emails/texts. Have been a user of whistle for 10 years but can no longer recommend it to friends.

Because of the issues that I was having, Julia discounted the cost of a replacement tag and credited my credit card with a months plan cost.

$27 incl tax & shipping was a lot to pay for a replacement charger. Paid an extra $5 for two-day shipping, took four business days to get here. Added insult to injury by charging me fifty cents for Austin municipal taxes when I don't live in or even near Austin. I wouldn't have bothered complaining, but you asked the question.
