Friendly and well-trained technicians who determine the problem and quickly make repair. They go over the costs before they order parts. On one or two occasions, the review was done with one of our employees who is unable to make financial decisions.

TAKES TOO LONG TO GET SERVICE
Needed a thermostat for a steam table. 1 tech came and said the part would be here in a few days. Nothing happened for 3 weeks when a 2nd tech came and said they got the wrong part #. 3 more weeks went by and I called the receptionist. She said the part would be in the next day and they would be right up to repair. Another week went by and I called back, she told me they couldn't get the part, but were trying. Finally a 3rd tech came with the part and fixed it. it only took 2 months.

whaleys service review
I have been at cape fear now for about 7 years and throughout this time I have called about Whaley food service to repair different units in out dietary department or I may have had to order some parts and Whaley has always been very good in service and very professional. I would not hesitate to call on Whaley again . I would like to say thanks for always being there for us.

Great Business
I have used Whaley for kitchen equipment repair for over 3 years. They are fast, and do a great job. Pricing is high but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks Whaley!

Never fixed the problem spent $3000 for nothing.
My broiler was getting to hot. They came out 4 times replacing all different parts that can only be bought through Whaley. I called another company who came out swapped the bottom and top orifices, and I'll be; it is fixed.
