Just a bad experience from beginning to end. It took 2 months to fix a simple repair job on a 2 door freezer. I kept calling to see when a technician was going to show up to finish the job and they would set a date and not show. This happened 3-4 times. Weeks would go by. Finally got the general manager on the phone and he said he would take care of it and also adjust the bill due to all the issues. Bill came without adjustment. I called the Charlotte office to talk through this issue and the lady said she would talk to general manager and get back to me. Still haven't heard back and it's been weeks. I would be happy to talk with someone who cares. Not sure anyone does at this location. We have experienced similar issues from the Greenville, SC branch. Hard to get them to respond and once they do respond takes them several days to come out to fix the problem. Whatever!
