They charged me $30.00 shipping on a …
They charged me $30.00 shipping on a small spring for my oven. I was not notified of this amount until after it had been shipped, nor was I asked about shipping. It was not expedited or anything. I thought it was outrageous, but when I called and left a message, they did not return my call. I will never order parts from them again.

Awful Experience
Your customer service is lacking. You purchased a really good company in CKE and the service that I was used to with CKE is not provided by the current company. I wish the change had never been made. You've lost my business for all future parts purchases.

This survey came to MARTA but was addressed to The Chattanoogan Hotel. As for the service provided to MARTA, the repairs were completed satisfactorily, except that 1. Whaley Foodservice could not give me a scheduled date/time for the service. 2. I received no advanced notification of the repair technician's arrival to evaluate the machine. 3. The time between evaluation and repair was far too long and too expensive - purchasing a new brewer would have been more cost effective and timely.. 4. I received no advanced notification of the repair technician's arrival to complete the repair. Whaley Foodservice should, based on the equipment model, be able to inform the customer on the availability of pares and provide the customer with a time-frame for the repair.
