This company is awful. Called them out to fix a freezer and they charged me close to $1000 and it did not work. They fixed it three times (and charged each time they came out) and my product was ruined. Ended up having to threaten to sue them to get there insurance company information. Called out another company and the repair guy said that everything Whaley did was wrong and a waste of money He said the condenser was toast and could not hold a charge. He recommended trashing the freezer and did not charge me for a service call. Whaley stopped taking our calls.

I needed a $10 part. I used the online chat to find the shipping and handling cost, since I couldn't get the info without submitting the order. I was told to go to UPS for the shipping estimate. It was $13. My invoice included $30 for shipping. Ridiculous! UPDATE - A company representative followed up, and credited the difference in shipping and handling. Their follow-up is appreciated.
