I’ve been waiting for my refund for a trip I’ve had to cancel. It’s been over a month. I’ve paided a total of 1/2 of $2022. This Wetravel company is fraudulent and the organization is horrible. The trip organizer is now the one accountable for my refund. Everything is confusing and frustrating. Update : The trip organizer has been dodging me about my refund and I had to take the matter to the courthouse this is ridiculous.

Llevamos trabajando con WeTravel desde 2017, y para nosotros es un game changer en el crecimiento de nuestra empresa! Tener una sola solucion para manejar reservas y pagos sin preocuparnos de los altos costos de los bancos que previamente usamos. Los pagos internacionales son solo 15USD por transferencia, y gratuitos para otras cuentas WeTravel por lo que en el 2018 reducimos un 60% nuestros fees de banco! Tambien, tenemos 100% soporte del equipo, siempre hay alguien ofreciendonos prontas respuestas a todas nuestras solicitudes. Durante los tiempos de COVID, su ayuda fue excelente ya que nos ayudaron a manejar las disputas que tuvimos por pagos hechos, y siempre ofreciendo completa transparencia. Los recomiendo a todas esas empresas grandes o pequeñas, que busquen maneras de optimizar su sistema de pagos y reservas!

Comencé a utilizar Wetravel este mismo año y ha sido la mejor decisión para mi negocio- el sistema es muy fácil de usar, se pueden enviar links de pago a los clientes y me ha servido mucho para pagos del extranjero. Antes intenté con mil sistemas pero ninguno ha resultado tan fácil y accesible como Wetravel. Lo que más me encanta es el servicio al cliente... siempre atentos a todas mis preguntas!! 10 de 10!! Recomendadísimo sin dudarlo.

In 2019, I experienced the worse nightmare and lack of customer service with this company. U.S. businesses and travelers, BEWARE!!! This is a foreign based, shady company. They promised me a teleconference at sign up and then sent me an email with a string of links, stating they no longer do teleconferences. The is the first problem. It wasn't until after my travelers began making payments on the trip that I was told I may be partially verified, which meant I couldn't finance my tour because the funds aren't released until after the tour. I understand their steps to insure security, but verification decisions should have been made BEFORE I collected one dollar using their platform. I had them refund my travelers, and I got a merchant services account and payment processing through Authorize.net. I had to build a website and get software installed QUICKLY. So essentially, I traded one stress for another. And I trust no company that cannot have a telephone conversation with it's customers. Especially a foreign one. BEWARE!!!They will hold your travelers money hostage and potentially bruise my company brand. Run away from this...as fast as you can. Thankfully after all this mess was sorted out I got "verified" with a legitimate company, authorize.net and my group trip to Ghana was successful.

Great platform for my travel purposes. Affordable and easy to navigate for making reservations and payments. The customer service team is very helpful and responsive - e.g., Kim let me know about my flight change which the travel agency didn't even inform me of. I would have missed my flight, otherwise. I would use them again.

we at andean summit adventure in Ecuador have been using wetravel for over a year now and it was the best thing that could happen to us. we love their solutions, support and simplicity. international payments are a huge headache in a country like Ecuador, but wetravel solved all of our challenges way better than anyhow expected ... we're looking very much forward to a new dynamic start as covid is getting controlled (or we're learning how do deal with it). highly recommend wetravel!
