Working with Eileen and WeTravel has been a fantastic experience. We have been looking for an itinerary building software and a payment platform and we were so excited to find a solution for both in one program! Eileen trained our team here in the US and then worked with time differences to train over overseas team! It was fantastic and we are up and running on WeTravel, streamlining our payment system!

Eileen Gutierrez is always willing and able to jump on a video call or set up a meeting go over any questions that I have. Before we wrap up, she always leaves me with additional resource numbers in case I'm not able to reach her. That shows that our needs are important and if she is not available to answer something, she wants to make sure, we are still supported.

Eileen has been very helpful and patient throughout the whole we travel sign up experience. I felt supported & at ease with her guidance

Great experience joining WeTravel and getting 2 trips up and rolling. I’ve been working with Jenna who is very friendly and relatable and knows the program through and through. Once I set everything up, she looked over my listings and gave me great feedback and answered my follow up questions. The software is easy to use and the set up support with Jenna made it Very easy and enjoyable.

Adriana & Jenna have been so wonderful in helping us get our first retreat trip page done. We are a nonprofit and therefore rely on volunteers but we don't have anyone techie to help. They were there helping along the way. We are sincerely grateful for their support.

Worst experience ever!!! I used them to collect funds for a fishing trip for my husband and a group of his friends. When it came time to release funds a few days before the trip as I requested, they noted they would not release the money until after the trip and I needed to use my own credit card for the thousands I collected. They did not note this in advance at all. They asked for social media handles, and bank documentation, to verify me and I provided it but they noted I didn't have a following, etc. Well, this was a simple trip that I was organizing for my husband and friends so nothing elaborate, but still entailed a few thousand dollars. I was looking for an easy way to manage other individuals' payments for a fun trip. This process was anything but easy in the end. They kept passing me on to individuals who were no help at all literally up until my husband and I just ended up using our personal credit card in order to prevent any delay of payment to the vendor since the fishing charter vendor would not commence without payment understandably. It was the most stressful and worst experience ever. We could have simply collected cash if this was the case. I would not recommend this company to anyone to use if you are in charge of a small group or conducting travel as stated above. It took a few days for the payout to occur after the trip as well. Stay away from WeTravel and their shady business practices! I would give them a 0 if I could.
