Anders and wetravel have been a huge help to us! They provide awesome functionality for the backend of organizing trips. We travel has helped us streamline our process, and taken quite a burden off our shoulders.

Hi there, thank you for your kind feedback!😊

I’ve had a good experience working with wetravel so far (free version), what I appreciate most is having a designated customer manager for any issues or needs that arise. Thanks Anders for always being helpful and readily available ❤️🙏🏽.

Do not use this company. Waiting over 6 weeks now for a refund and they continuously ignore questions about it. Below response is another reason not to use this company - they take absolutely no responsibility.

Hi Sharon, Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We are really sorry about your recent experience with WeTravel in receiving refunds. Please note that WeTravel is the payment service used by your travel provider and we are not authorized to issue refunds on behalf of the travel organizer. Each trip organizer appoints WeTravel as a limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting the trip cost from travelers, while the determination of cancellation policies and issuing of the refunds is a complete responsibility of the trip organizer. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest contacting your trip provider to inquire further about the status of your refund. We truly hope that this will be resolved without any further delays. The WeTravel Team

The executive Pedro was very attentive and concerned during the account creation process. However, a potential improvement would be to offer the platform and communication in other languages, such as Portuguese and Spanish.
